All prices listed on this website are in Australian dollars and all charges will be processed in Australian dollars.

All prices listed on this website are subject to confirmation. Percussive Print Music will notify you by email if the confirmed price of an item you have selected differs from the price listed on the website or on your purchase order.

Percussive Print Music will use commercially reasonable efforts to deliver items as quickly as possible and within any time periods indicated; however, Percussive Print Music will not be responsible for any delays in delivery which are beyond its control. If goods are not available or there is a delay in delivery Percussive Print Music will notify its customers within 5 business days.

Hard copy goods will be shipped via Australia Post. Once 100% payment has been received and processed, hard copy goods will be shipped, please allow 7-10 business days.

Downloaded items will be made available once 100% payment has been received and processed through Paypal.

Print this music right away and back up this digital file. If you lose this downloadable product Percussive Print Music is not responsible for replacing it, in the same way that Apple are not responsible for replacing lost iTunes purchases.

Overseas Customers

Percussive Print Music will deliver to overseas customers. Goods will be subject to international postage costs as provided by Australia Post.

Backorders

If we determine that we do not have a particular product from your order in stock, we will use reasonable effort for 30 days to provide the relevant product (“Back Ordered Products”). In this instance, we will notify you of the relevant Back Ordered product/s and the anticipated delivery date.

Fraud Prevention

In order to protect you and Percussive Print Music from fraudulent transactions, Percussive Print Music will not ship hard copy purchases until confirmation of 100% payment is received. Percussive Print Music also reserves the right, at its discretion, to hold shipments of hard copy items ordered or purchased on this website whilst we seek additional confirmation.

Refunds

Defective hard copy items will be replaced. Percussive Print Music will not process refunds for incorrect purchase or change of mind. All refund requests need to be made in writing to sales@percussiveprintmusic.com within 7 days of the purchase.

In the event that Percussive Print Music chooses not to ship an item, you will be notified by email and any amount charged will be refunded.

Shipping Policy

• We will charge you, and you will agree to pay, the shipping fee for hard copy items you have ordered.
• Shipping is via Australia Post.
• Shipping address cannot be changed once order(s) has been shipped.
• If the delivery is to your home address, it is best to ensure someone is home to receive the goods. If not, we recommend using an alternative, like your work address for delivery.
• If you are not home at the time of delivery additional delivery charges may apply.
• Order cannot be cancelled once order has been shipped.
• Shipping time may vary depending on your location, please allow 2 – 7 days for delivery.
• Shipping charges are determined by packing size, weight and delivery location.
